LUCA VEZZONI Graduated on September 27th, 2005 at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Parma, with a graduation thesis on cementless total hip replacement in the dog. Since the same year he started working at Clinica Veterinaria Vezzoni in Cremona mainly dealing with surgery, orthopedics and diagnostic imaging. In 2008 he spent a period of updating at Tufts University in Massachusetts following the work of Dr. Michael Kowaleski. In 2007 he started the residency program for the European College of Veterinary Surgeons, under the supervision of Dr. Aldo Vezzoni for orthopedic surgery and Dr. Giorgio Romanelli for soft tissue surgery. Member of SIOVET, SCVI, SCIVAC ESVOT and AO Vet. Since 2008 he has been author of several lectures at national and international conferences.
VLADISLAV ZLATINOV Graduated from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Forestry- Sofia, 2005. General practitioner in private veterinary clinic. Chief Orthopedic Surgeon at Central Veterinary Clinic- Sofia. Member: AOVET Active Member, GRSK, co- founder of BAVOT, Board member of VOG. CPD training: Clinica Mediterraneo, ESP (Dr. M. R. Fundador, Dr. M. Ruiz). BIOMEDTRIX Universal hip workshop, UK. AO fellowship: 8 weeks at Clinica Veterinaria Dr. A. Vezzoni, Cremona, IT. Lecturer / instructor at several courses and workshops. 13 first-authored publications in local scientific journals - short articles and case reports. Several presentations at education events. Area of interests: small animal orthopaedics and traumatology; spinal and thoracic surgery, minimally invasive techniques, THR, bionics and limb-sparing surgery.
